DBS International was awarded a supply arrangement with Human Resources Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) to:

• Assess the effectiveness of the Quality Assurance function
• Recommend improvements to the Quality Management Framework
• Determine the effectiveness of control processes 

Specific components of this project included:

• Control Process Mapping
• Development of Quality Management Systems
• Gap and Impact Analysis
• Knowledge Transfer to HRSDC staff and managers
• Reviews of existing processes
• Risk Management Assessment and Mitigation
• Risk Management Framework and Strategy Development
