Project Management and Quality Control

Project Management

DBS International’s project management framework provides a strict set of guidelines and activities essential to project success.  Processes undergo continuous improvement through post-project reviews conducted by our proprietary Client Satisfaction Assessment Program.

DBS International remains current with Project Management Institute (PMI) practices and leverages CMM, PMP and PMBOK methodologies for effective schedule planning.

Quality Control

DBS International adopts principles and techniques endorsed by the Quality Management Institute, including ISO. For systems projects, we leverage quality management criteria from the Software Engineering Institute.

Our quality management processes follow three phases:

  • Quality Planning: identify project quality standards and develop associated procedures
  • Quality Assurance: regularly evaluate performance against quality standards
  • Quality Control: monitor and eliminate causes of unsatisfactory performance
